This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, flat-screen tv, and electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff really helped with my late check-in. I highly recommend it for a great holiday!

Clean and comfy stay with great staff

We had a lovely time! Our room was super clean and comfy, and the shower was really nice. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was tasty too! Just wish the parking was easier. it was a bit of a hassle to find a spot.

A spacious en-suite double room was a highlight, with tasteful decor and ample amenities like towels and shampoo. The location was a major plus, just steps from the seafront. some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable during the day, likely due to proximity to the stairs. A delightful touch was the availability of home-made sweets, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay.

The location was superb and the off street parking was a real bonus especially after a long drive and the staff were friendly even if we only met the owner's daughter

I really liked the great location of the Vernon. Short walks to both the town and seafront made exploring super easy. The room felt cozy and was clean. I appreciated the friendly staff who were genuinely helpful. Breakfast tasted good, and I enjoyed the breakfast freebie when paying cash. The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold, which was frustrating. The parking setup was nice, but I found it confusing at first. I had high hopes for a sea view room based on their claims, but there weren't any sea views to speak of. Just a few little things would make a big impact. The owners seem to be working hard on the hotel. I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, especially when the staff helped us find our lost phone at breakfast. There are cozy lounge areas and a lovely garden to unwind in after a long day. The only hiccup was a slight drain smell in the shower room, but it didn’t spoil our stay. 😊

Our double room was large and clean, featuring a comfortable wooden bed, freshly laundered linens, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious, served in a cozy dining area. The £1 parking permit was super helpful. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, really made us feel at home!

We had such a lovely stay! The owner was super attentive and made our experience special. 🥰 Only downside was the narrow entrance steps. Will definitely choose this place again!

Comfortable bed, superb shower, with a clean room that also featured a flat-screen TV and excellent free Wi-Fi for a hassle-free stay.

I appreciated the clean and well-decorated common areas, along with the friendly staff who were readily available to assist. The lift made it very accessible for us seniors to navigate between floors without any hassle.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.
